Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary and
Administrator. Mr. Cunningham has extensive experience in accounting and finance having served at senior executive levels in international and local companies. He presently serves as Chairman of the Fund and is the General Manager of a local company. His career path has lead him to serve as Director on a number of Boards including a state owned corporation.

Commercial Diplomat and is Founder and Principal of Sumner Strategic Partners.  He has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, private sector strategist, business development advisor, investment and financial advisor and corporate director having served on numerous boards and committees in the Bahamas. He is a Justice of the Peace and is the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Namibia in the Bahamas.

Insurance executive in the General Insurance industry with more than 30 years’ experience. He held progressively senior roles in the Bahamas First Group until his appointment as the Managing Director of N.UA. Insurance Agents & Brokers in 2011. He is the Chairman of the Bahamas First Group Pension Fund. He serves as a director of a General Insurance Agency in the Cayman Islands. He presently serves as the Chairman of the Bahamas Insurance Association.

Mr. Rolle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, United Kingdom.

Attended Felician College and Chicago State University, both in Chicago Illinois. He has more than 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and risk management. Een has served as director on several boards and is the past Chairman of Nassau Flight Services Ltd. He currently serves as Director of Transfinance Ltd. and is the Chairman of Renew Bahamas Limited.

Chartered Accountant and Attorney at Law, with extensive
experience in Internal Auditing, risk management, governance, accounting and training. He has served as AGM-Chief Internal Auditor at a major utility for over 20 years. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of the Bahamas and currently serves as an adjunct Tutor at the Eugene Dupuch Law School. He is self-employed as an Accountant and consultant. He performs legal services in association with L.I.F.E Chambers.

Winfield S Outten is a Businessman, he  obtained an Associates of Arts Degree from the College of the Bahamas in Banking & Finance, he also obtained a Bachelors Degree in Management and Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.

Winfield spent 7 years in banking. In 1998 he started his own business.  He is a founding member of the Small Business Association of the Bahamas where he served as President.  He is a former director of BAIC and the Bahamas Contractors Association.  Winfield is also a sitting director of a few other companies in Grand Bahama, Nassau, Nicaragua and Belize.

Accountant and serves as the Fund Administrator of the Fund. She has a broad range of experience in accounting and finance and serves on numerous Boards and committees in the Bahamas.
